The 455LX is ruggedly constructed of a fairly heavy gauge brass with power-forged keys whose resistance to bending keeps the sax adjusted longer. Despite its entry-level position in the Winston line, this sax does offer a high-F# key - an advanced feature generally not found on student instruments. The body and neck of the 455LX are finished with gold lacquer while the keys feature a corrosion-resistant nickel plate. This complete outfit includes a Winston stock mouthpiece with ligature and cap, neckstrap, cork grease, and a hard-shell case. |
