A proper sized guitar is essential for children to begin learning correctly. This guitar is not a toy, it has the same quality features found on full sized guitars, only scaled down to fit a child. Important things to consider when buying a child's guitar include the ability to hold tune, the action of the instrument and the overall sound quality. These instruments hold tune very well, their action (ease of play) is good and overall have a pleasing tone. We offer 1/2 size guitars, 30" overall, for children ages 4-6.
